Births from illegal aliens parents should not be deemed U.S. citizens either. End the entire scam as it makes a mockery of our citizenship and is costing us not only fiscally but in so many other ways.

I agree but Jus soli (right of soil) is protected by the constitution and a constitutional amendment is a very long shot. Also, there is something to be said about someone that is born on the land having a right to it.

However, I think even if we give the child citizenship the parents should be summarily excluded from the United States forever (permanent ban) including any loss of abilities to be sponsored. Also there should be a period of incarceration of a minimum of 5 years for the crime itself plus heavy monetary penalties. This will cause these people to think twice about doing such a thing.

This is difficult to address because as usual the Democrats will call all of these criminals "victims" in need of sanctuary

Actually, we've had this discussion in here many times. The wording and intent of the writer's of the 14th Amendment on birthright citizenship did not deem babies born from illegal alien parents as being birthright citizens. Links provided many times to. It just needs to be taken to the Supreme Court for a legitimate ruling.

Incorrect.

Excerpt of a long list of historical and legal evidence after the 14th was ratified indicates those born in the US to foreigners aren't birthright US citizens:

Birthright citizenship is #2 magnet for illegals.
Just another unfortunate duality in our culture.

So many things in this country would get better
without the massive corruption that hypocrisy and
duality bring about. Our greatest leaders that spoke
out against this sickness were assasinated.

Just look at how long slavery been outlawed, yet we
standby while millions of illegals are cajoled into this country,
with false promises to be exploited. We even further encourage
it regardless of adults openly risking children’s lives and young girls being raped
along dangerous migrant routes, only to become America’s new underclass.
Another hypocrisy being; arguing that illegal immigrants should be granted dignity(allowed in), yet still proclaim the support of an orderly immigration system. Some decry walls and borders, yet expect young men and women take the oath of service to this country, so that their safety
is maintained and their wealth perpetuated. Economic supremacy existing only because the worlds most powerful navy controls all of the worlds sea lanes.

It’s not that America is divided politically and ideologically from each other,
we’ve managed to do it within ourselves. At least conservatives (and some cowardly liberals)
have come a long way from things like bringing children and picnic baskets
to lynchings. It’s mostly the liberals that have become that part of society
to rationalize their existence in two worlds simultaneously. Either way, it hurts
the country and defiles our future.

Again?

It should be clear that the framers weren't addressing women crossing the border and flopping out an American baby.

It doesn't matter to these people what the intent was. Remember, in their minds, the Constitution is a living document that can be used in whatever way liberals see proper to push their agenda.

Or those flying over (enroute to) Florida Trump land in their 36th week of pregnancy.
