I KNEW this was going to happen. (That way Obama wasn't lying when he said illegals would not be able to get medical coverage under his ObamaCare plan. His simple fix is to make them all legal first.)

The house minority leader (in the video) got it right on the money of what this bill is.
I would like to think that our Congress isn't stupid enough to pass this bill but I dont think intelligence is a requirement to be elected to Congress these days.

No, the previous bill did in fact state what was mentioned in the video. Gang members had only to renounce their gang membership, and a 24-hour restriction was indeed included for background checks. It may appear to have been a joke, but that is the BS they were attempting to pass. That's why the opposition shut down the Senate switchboards.

That's right. It was in there. All gang members had to do was promise no more gang activity.
