Jon Feere, an analyst at the Center for Immigration Studies, which seeks more restrictions on immigration, said the cancellation of the Bush policy "may be used as a means to unjustly delay deportation."
"I am somewhat concerned that Holder's proposal will give non-citizens one too many bites of the apple," said Feere. "Aliens are not granted the same constitutional protections that citizenship guarantees."
Awesome, another one of these rules that just make no sense at all, and that conflict with the U.S. judicial system.
