Good point. Two years ago there were about 50 in the lot down the road, today about 9. If they haven't left what are they doing to stay here? I'm thinking social services is playing a bigger part than most think.

The mostly illegal alien Latino day laborers are disappearing around here (Phx area) going by the huge numbers of empty apartments in the barrios along with far fewer of 'em on the streets trying to solicit work.
That is just one of 5 places like that here for illegals to do day labor.
