How do Illegals pay their taxes? (certificate, birth, illegal immigrants, law)

I constantly hear the pro-illegal crowd argue that illegals pay their taxes.

I want to know how and which taxes beyond sales tax that they're paying?

A “few” pay them through ITINs, which the IRS has provided for so-called “no-citizens,” primarily business owners to satisfy their tax obligations. However, true to form, illegals have found loopholes in this.

Others, use stolen or fake SSNs; often creating huge problems for their victims of ID theft. I have heard of citizens being charged millions in unpaid taxes due to having hundreds of illegals using one SSN. The IRS has seized property, garnished wages, and emptied bank accounts of hardworking citizens simply because illegals have used their ID. It is far from a victimless crime.

Illegals file tax returns only to receive refunds, or to benefit from stimulus packages, etc. Not, because they want to do what’s right. Their motives are always selfish.

ITIN is used with the majority...I posted the article at least 3-4 times. Also, illegal immigrants have allowed SS to be alive longer.

And let's not forget that when they do file tax returns they generally not only get back all they paid in but they are also eligible, thru numerous claimed dependants, for that low income tax credit (I forget it's official name) so that they actually wind up getting back more than they ever paid in.

You are absolutely right. They have been instructed on all of the tricks of the trade. They claim high exemptions, so essentially pay nothing. Fortunately, a new law has been enacted to curtail this abuse. Now, if the exemptions cannot be verified through bona fide birth certificates, the IRS will send a letter to the employer requiring the employer to withhold according to THEIR orders. The employer must then change the exemptions or face penalties and the wrath of the IRS.

Yes, they also abuse the Earned Income Tax Credit, by claiming several children. Hopefully, this will soon be remedied.
