WASHINGTON, March 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- President Obama, yesterday, succeeded in winning the Congressional Hispanic Caucus's endorsement of his health care reform legislation by pledging to push an overwhelmingly unpopular amnesty plan for millions of illegal aliens. In this apparent quid pro quo, the president's promise to push amnesty in 2010 came just hours after members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus promised their support for the health care reform bill. The announcement also coincided with the release of an outline for amnesty legislation authored by Senators Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).
In summary....believes that this latest attempt sells out the interests of American citizens and taxpayers and will be similarly rejected by the American people.
He's quite cunning, I have to give him that. After all the dust settles he can throw his hands in the air and say he tried everything he could to make good on his campaign promises. If congress tries to shove the bowling ball known as health care reform down the public's collective throat, they had better have plenty of lube handy for the WRECKING BALL known as CIR they plan to shove down the public's throat.
I don't see either one happening, but esp. not the CIR. Not now, when we have millions unemployed. Not unless they want to see torches and pitchforks on Capital Hill.

Bingo! All he has to do is “try” *wink, wink* to get the bill passed. That has always been his strategy. After all, they certainly can’t fault him for the failure of the bill, given that members of Congress cast the actual votes. He can then blame the rabid, vociferous, anti-illegals for yet another amnesty defeat. It’s all by design.
