Thie law was drawn up by lawyers from Kansas who want to get rich suing municipalities in whatever state is stupid enough to pass it.

Welcome to Arizona, the Meth Lab of democracy
The Tea baggers get played again while their taxes are raised to pay loff law suits.

If Florida likes this law pass it, just be sure that EVERYONE carries proof of citizenship at all times

The City of Phoenixa has filed for an injunction as hhas tyhe DA of MaricopaCounty in that it violates the 4th Amendment. Police Departments are drawing up policies which will require every Officer challenge the citizenship of every contact to avoid charges of profiling. So if yo immigrated here from europe 50 years ago, you had better have your papers with you or you could be eating baloney sandwiches at Sherrif Joes tent city.

I live on the border and I am much more afraid of the Fascists in Arizona than the Socialists in Washington.
Half of the Border Patrol here is Hispanic, this could be a real trip

Racial profiling exists already. The AZ bill did not invent this concept. Every American in this nation commits their own form of racial profiling every single day of the week. Law Enforcement commits its form of racial profiling every single day of the week. Diversity is good, but diversity is not without its faults. Just because someone finds it politically incorrect to assume that most illegal immigrants are hispanic doesn't mean we should turn a blind eye to the 400,000 illegal immigrants that cross into AZ every single year. If not now, then when? It's about time the states stood their ground since the federal government obviously isnt' capable of sealing the border.

Then like so many others, you are quite willing to abandon the Bill of Rights and turn to the Fascists in Phoenix to protect you from the imagined Brown Menace. Not very Conservative

Me I live on the Border and I trust Arizona less than I trust Washington

Hell if that is the problem, why stop with the 4th Amendment, why not just scrap the whole damned Bill of Rights.
