exactly what is so confusing about this intersection?

39 degrees 42'39.58 N and 86 degrees 22'29.09 W

(IN 267 and US 40) in Plainfield,indiana

constantly i see people enter and leave the Kroger Parking lot going the wrong way. + people heading West on US 40 to IN 267 south seem to go into the NoRtH boundlanes

Why do people do that? that intersection is not that confusing!!!!!

I don't know, I don't think it's too difficult. I guess if you aren't used to it though, it can be a little confusing. Have they repainted the lines and arrows lately??
