Do Amazon accounts expire? (email, password, Word, delete)

Can't sign onto my account, but haven't used it for over a year. When I go through the forgot your password process and use a CC # and zip code I KNOW was used on the account it still says it can't ID the account.

Anyone know?

I don't think so... More likely you really forgot your login or password. Is there any option to have it emailed to you? I do not buy often there, usually from X-mas to X-mas, but I didn't had any problems yet.
Also check your email, they usually send you a confirmation after you open an account with them. Maybe there is a hint about your login?
