I love live cameras and have a big collection of links to cameras around the world. I have my "moments" when I play with it for hours.

Zoom the map to the region you want to explore. Zoom to the max to open more cameras. (On that website you can also find more cameras nearby).
Click on the picture, click on +, (you can see 24 hrs, or 12 months), or go to the lower right corner and click on "i". It will show you the link to live camera (source). Click on that link. Some of the cams are live streaming, some get updated every so often.
You can also use the search function.
