Help researching Operamail? (email, server, password, setting)

Can anyone help me research Operamail? I was checking the Computer forum, but it occurs to me that maybe this is more appropriate. I've run into a dead end with this, and thought maybe some of you are more resourceful that I am.

I had a long-standing account with Operamail. It wasn't great and I didn't use it constantly, but I liked the domain name with the particular handle. Then it sort of disappeared. That is, I could open to my account, but not send any emails, and all my saved emails seemed to have vanished - which was infuriating, because it included passwords and links to a few forums. I tried very energetically to track down some help, including by telephone, since they have a base in California, although I think the owner is headquartered in Norway. Nothing. Dead ends.

Meanwhile, I was just trying it again recently, and now their page switches over to Fast Mail. But the log-in seems to be separately "myopera" (without a period) at a different site, "my.opera" (with a period). I'm getting only form-letters. This dodge where a site encourages you to send inquiries, but doesn't answer them is so infuriating. I've sent multiple pleas for help, with no result. There seems to be an Operamail, a Myopera, and an Opera Community. But I'm getting nowhere.

Does anyone have any leads on how I can reach actual people at the right company - and at this point, I don't even know what the right company is - preferably U.S. telephone/street address? But I'll settle for anything.

CSD, perhaps you didn't notice where I explained that I'd already sent general emails for help AND had called California? I was looking for something more specific.
