Apparently being concerned about your online privacy makes you a criminal.
“Users who try to use anonymity, or cover themselves up on the Internet, are usually doing things that aren't so-to-speak legal. We have the right to terminate, fine, or suspend your account at anytime due to you violating the rules.”
They didn't say your committing a crime. They are saying they set the rules in contract. If you disagree then do not sign up for service.
Try reading the quoted text again, you apparently missed it.

If you're doing things that aren't "so-to-speak legal" then they are illegal which makes you a criminal in Comcast's eyes. But as I posted earlier it was apparently miss reported or Comcast changed their mind.
Comcast assumes I'm a criminal? That's a laugh considering that they're the ones committing highway robbery. My "one year special package bundle" just passed without notice from them and my internet and cable went from $115 a month to $145 in one bill cycle!
Even threatening to cancel my account with one of their "retention specialists" couldn't cut me a much better deal. They're the only cable company in this area (aside) from satellite and we're rural enough that you'd need a amplified roof antenna to get more that 3 channels OTA
.....and thanks to the NFL's 8 Billion dollar licensing deals, we won't be seeing any streaming options from them in the near future. Why aren't these cable companies considered an monopoly?.......or for that matter, any other exclusive utility company?
It's 'highway robbery' because you don't pay attention to your obligations?
They are also counting items, and comparing it to the total on the receipt.
No, not at any costco I ever shopped at. It takes them a total of 3 seconds to look into my loaded cart and a quick glance at the receipt. No way in hell they can count and compare that fast.
The problem with Costco is they track your purchases and sell the information without notifying you. That is why they always ask for a card at the check-out even if you are paying cash.
Comcast is a criminal organization. My daughter had a stalker following her for a period of time. Finally he gave up. Then she started getting constant calls from a number with no ID. She was afraid that is was starting again. I finally asked for the number googled it and found out that it was the Comcast marketing department calling to get her EVERY day!!!
Businesses need to use their caller ID names!!!
