Over the past week, I have been unable to post on my wall, view or reply to my messages, or send a message to FaceBook help. If I click on the Support Inbox, it sends me back to my homepage. This also happens when I click on "Help" sometimes. I'm not sure what has happened and I do not know what to do to remedy this situation. I have asked a computer technician and he doesn't know how to fix it either. He thinks that maybe the FaceBook people have put a hold on my account to look into my posts. I'm not sure why...all I ever do is tell people what doughnuts we are making, thank the veterans and current soldiers for their service, as well as any other individuals who are being celebrated for different holidays of the year. Any insights for my issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
It sounds like you are trying to do all this from a cell phone or tablet FB app. Since that's not working, I'd suggest going through a web browser from a computer. The desktop version of Facebook allows you to do a lot of things you can't do in the app.
If you can't post to your wall from there either, maybe you'll be able to send FB help a message.
