Hi fellow investors,

I'm a longtime lurker of this forum and really enjoy reading all the great advice some of you savy investors give. I figured the only way i'll truly have financial comfort when i'm older will be through retirement. I've been messing around with my portforlio and would like some advice based on where my current holding are.
I'm looking for longterm and shorterm growth and i consider myself an aggressive investor. I'm not afraid to take risks and would be able to sleep at night with roller coaster markets. I would review and balance my positions at least once a year.
I have posted my positions for creative critiscm and advice. Please dont sugar coat and let me know what you guys think. In addition i also own some COP stock from my previous emplyer and i have a Roth 401K. I'm currently 33 years old and i match 6% from my emplyer and i also put down $400 a month in the Roth.

Are you looking to invest in funds or individual stocks?

Ignore him (just read some of his other posts and you'll see why ).

Your portfolio looks good to me. Pretty good diversity. A yearly review should be fine. Good choice in picking funds over stocks (which do need more attention).

I don't really deal with funds, so I won't be of much help. You do not have to review them daily or weekly, that is one of the benefits of investing in funds. If you own individual stocks then you need to do research daily. However, it would be impossible to research every stock in your funds. I prefer individual stocks because I like to know exactly what I'm invested in, so I can do daily research and act accordingly to changes, news, events etc.

Thanks in advanced,
You should have given percentages you have in each fund. The only fund I strongly object to is BIPIX. That fund is just insanely volatile and has a rip off expense ratio of 1.73%. The others are ok, but I also noticed there is probably some portfolio overlap with the extended market index fund and some of the other funds.

Overall, it's way too aggressive for me...but if you really think you can handle it, you do have some good funds.

Correct me if i'm wrong but doenst BIPIX perform well enough to more than make up for the expense ratio of 1.73% or is it a deal breaker? Its has over 50% return last year and i was only planning on riding it out and gradually go into safer funds as the returns accumulate.
