NO GOOD! OLD YELLEN couldnt raise rates coz she knows economy.s the world over are just not growing. Too much government is just holding EVERYTHING down.

Commodoties are falling like rocks. Interest rates not going up.

After the great recession of BUSH the economy should have roared back a long time ago but couldnt because of obamacare, anti-business sentiment .etc!

I highly doubt oil stocks will rally if the market is tanking.

However, I wouldn't be surprised if oil stocks continue tanking, even if the market begins to rally.

Part of the stock being down is general market conditions as well.

If you still want to play oil, check out UWTI.
I've been trading UWTI 2 to 3 times a week with profit ranges of $0.23 to $0.70 per trade, only because I've been consistently entering at no more than five cents from the low of day.

How to put odds in your favor?
There are actually a few tech indicators that can reliably show the low of day (about 70% success rate).
These few tech indicators work for me because I have a specific trading style, specific temperament, and specific risk tolerance level.
