You need to find an investor that invests in this type of business and that has experience with e-commerce. Look at this site for ideas. There are more like these all over the country:

Usually it's the other way around... the "investment opportunity" is a scam. Because of the, I'm out.

To the people sitting at home, this is why you should never pay some random website you find online about investing because odds are the person behind the website is some clueless fool like above.

what do you have that would attract an investor? to get a legitimate investor, you need to have an attractive proposition for them to invest their money. since you didnt convey that to me, i am out.

It depends on how much you need. Crowd funding websites are becoming more and more popular. I'd start there, but that probably won't be enough by itself. Place an ad on Craigslist, but that will likely just get scammers. But thats just part of searching on the Internet. Maybe you aren't doing a good job selling your idea and that's why nobody has come forward to invest in it. Have you tried going to a traditional bank? Do you have any assets to use a collateral? That's always an option. You could put a page on your website (assuming it's already up) for potential investors.
