On Monday Optech (OPTI) investors are planning on trying to move the price higher by buying at least $100 worth of stock each at 1 PM Eastern. I doubt it's going to work on stock of a company that has 2 billion outstanding shares, especially with market makers being forewarned. On Stocktwits one guy claims he's going to add to his 20 million OPTI shares by buying $60,000 worth more. Another guy claims he'll be spending $5,000. I would play the game but I couldn't add money to my account in time for it to settle on Monday.

The stock is due to start climbing again. I bought 40,370 shares @ an average price of .2313 in one account and 195 @ .24 in another. Then the entire OTC market dropped big time starting in late February. I've noticed some stocks, especially those that were close to 1.00 before the collapse have begun to come back in price (i.e. FUNFF). Stocks like OPTI, ISWH & AABB should start to rise again soon as well. (All three I own, full disclosure.)

OPTI has a lot going for it, especially after the WeShield acquisition. I expect this to be a NASDAQ stock within a year or two. It's a Pink sheet stock at the moment but QB can't be too far into the future. It closed @ .0598 on Friday. This stock will make traders a lot of money I suspect. One of those traders will be me, unless I sell too quickly again.

If this does spike on Monday afternoon, I can only imagine the short sellers will be out in force to drive it back down again. What happens after that will be just as interesting to watch.
