I will be moving to Quad Cities and need info on decent apartments. Quiet, clean and close to highways. I will be in the apartment for 6 months till my house sells. Also any info on the best locations to look for waterfront property would also be appreciated!

what kind of price range are you looking for? Highway 61 goes all the way through davenport, Highway 5 goes the opposite direction. I 74 and 80 are easy to get to, so being next to the highway wont be hard to find. They have restored some buildings downtown next to the riverfront and turned them into lofts. Just look some stuff up, and do some homework, because there are a lot of low income apartments around here im sure you wouldnt want to be next to.

Default apts

I grew up in the QCA, Bettendorf to be exact. Bettendorf has grown in size and wealth since I left, but it was a really nice place to grow up. Cleaner, nicer, better kept than the other cities. Try Chateau Knoll in bettendorf, an apt complex. Not the nicest apts, but the area is nice, and that might make up for the lack of beauty in the apt. Otherwise, theres a million places to live from shanty to $$$$. if you want to be near the downtown, bar scene, try the District in Rock Island, but then you'll have to deal with traffic, bars, and people. Different parts of Davenport are nice but you have to find them. All in all, Bettendorf is nice all around. But more expensive. like I said though, Chateau Knoll was not expensive, atleast not at the time. Just behind Bettendorf Highschool are nice condos available, more pricey but not bad. check it out.

Default ...

Only move to bettendorf if you wanna spend a lot more money than you would in rock island, moline or davenport. If you dont want a lot of crime and w/e, dont live down by the river. It doesnt bother me really, but depending if you want peace and quiet, stay on the outskirts of town or go to bettendorf

I'm looking to move to bettendorf Iowa. If anyone have any useful and current info on a 3bdrm apartment house or apartment that would pass a sect-8 inspection and located in a nice area for a student, please reply as soon as possible.

I recently separated from my husband, took my 10 year old with me and am staying with friends. I am in search of a list of zero to low-income houses in the Quad Cities area of Rock Island, Moline, Milan, and Davenport, please. I babysit for a living so the rent would have to be $0 to sliding-fee scale cost.

Please email me at futurehopevm@gmail.com
