Default best small towns to live in
I don't want to be too far outside W'loo......my parents live there and want to be no more than 20 to 30 min. from them. Other than Denver, Jesup, Hudson, Independence, Elk Run/Evansdale......any other small towns close that are nice? We esp would like a couple of acres and the school system is important too, my granddaughter will be moving also. I've also heard Black Hawk CO has one of the highest property tax in the state.
