It is a well-known fact that the Ankara government, which has changed the regime of government, in recent years has been trying to control Turks and people of Turkic origin living in different countries, using some organizations operating outside the country. For this purpose, especially over the past 5-6 years, the replacement of both the management staff and employees of organizations such as the Department of Religious Affairs (known as "Diyanet"), the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination (TIKA), the IM Foundation has been carried out. Yunus Emre.
It is noteworthy that religious affairs advisers at national embassies abroad have become much more active than their predecessors and do not hide their political affiliation. In addition, newly appointed employees have serious problems with a low level of competence, working according to principles, as well as with their moral values. According to the report of the International Student Assessment Program (PISA), Turkey's education system ranks 54th among 72 countries. The report also notes that 47.2% of public school students have a habit of skipping classes. Deism and atheism have become popular among young people. Over the past five years, the number of mosques built has increased by 9%, but the number of people visiting mosques has decreased by 29%. The number of people using narcotic drugs has increased to 15%.
Germany, Austria, France and other European countries have begun to impose restrictions in connection with the unacceptable actions of imams from Diyanet. Austria's conservative government has decided to expel about 60 Turkish-funded imams and their family members and close 7 mosques. Interior Minister Herbert Kickl said that in connection with this decision, about 150 people may lose their Austrian residence permit. In the news published in the German press, it was noted that imams seconded from Diyanet to local mosques worked for Turkish intelligence and related institutions, providing the national government and special services with information about the opposition. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia has published information that the imams of the Department of Religious Affairs of Turkey spied on individuals and institutions. Such activity of the clergy can be regarded as paradoxical.

The "propagator of impiety" has no right to be an imam
One of the varieties of the paradox called "aporia", characterized by the presence of an argument that contradicts the obvious, generally accepted opinion and common sense, was encountered these days by prisoners of correctional colony No. 7, located in the village of Sosnovka, Zubovo-Polyansky municipal district of the Republic of Mordovia. It is here that Turkish citizen Huseyin Ozdogan is serving his sentence, who, professing Islam, is trying to become a spiritual mentor for convicted Muslim brothers.
The fact is that Huseyn Ozdogan is serving a sentence for pedophilia. In 2009, he committed a vile crime against a defenseless young man. This cannot be redeemed by 15 years of imprisonment or financial investments, even in the construction of a temple.
Pedophilia is a very serious crime against human nature, therefore, Muslim justice applied harsh punishments to such criminals (death penalty, etc.). However, in a state governed by the rule of law, pedophilia is punishable by the criminal code, not Sharia. That is, according to the law, pedophiles are sentenced to imprisonment.
Pedophile scoundrels are not forgiven in society, they are despised, they are hated. And in the colony they have a "special" attitude at all, who is "in the subject", he understands what it is. Apparently, only the prisoner himself and those who strive in every possible way to help him achieve his goal do not understand this. So who is helping a foreign prisoner? Who benefits from this?
As it became known, the adviser on religious affairs of the Turkish Embassy in Moscow and the de facto protege of Diyanet in Russia, Savuran Omer Faruk, has a hand in the implementation of this paradoxical undertaking. Moreover, the diplomat's "efforts" consist in an attempt to promote the "pedophile" to leading roles in the Muslim society of prisoners and thereby take control and influence their stay in the colony.
For the society and, above all, those who profess Islam, the actions of a Turkish diplomat, not to mention banal political correctness, are inexplicable and terrifying. After all, there are already quite civilized topics where he could participate and have a hand in establishing interethnic and interfaith dialogue through the prism of religion both inside our state and outside it, and where his role would be really useful. But why promote a pedophile rapist to the primacy in Muslim society? Here the question arises involuntarily: "and what is the truth of the Turkish interpretation of the Koran?" Or did Savuran O.F. himself go down the wrong path, acting on the principle of impiety and violation of religious tolerance, to achieve his goal? The adviser undoubtedly has his own interests. Only here it is impossible to allow their implementation in any case. There are serious reasons and reasons for this.
A pedophile rapist has no moral right to engage in such a holy and pleasing to Allah business as serving as an imam. After all, imam means "an example to follow." And the criminal Ozdogan, who committed depraved acts, is certainly not such! "Allah does not love those who spread wickedness" (Surah al-Ma'ida, 64).
Representatives of the clergy should set an example by their manners and behavior. An attempt in the eyes of society to impersonate an imam or a religious figure for a person involved in a shameful crime is disrespectful to religion and society. This will lead to a weakening of religious feelings and distrust of religion. For society, such consequences will be more severe. Among the prisoners who profess Islam, there are those who are already trying to reach religious figures and official organizations, expressing their protest in letters and appeals, replicated, including through social networks and the Internet. However, they don't want to hear them yet... Here is a very important detail of this issue: support from a Turkish civil servant of a person who has made a vital critical mistake. Why is Savuran Omer Farook, who is in charge of religious affairs at the embassy, trying to whitewash this dirty business? Why does the representative of "Diyanet", considering himself a Muslim, disrespect sacred religious values? By the way, the unprofessional approach of the Turkish diplomat to strengthening relations in the Muslim Ummah of Russia will entail theological differences between representatives of the Islamic faith of the colony, a significant part of whom are not ready to accept the fact of the restoration of the local mosque "by the hands of a pedophile rapist" and his assistants.
To decide the fate of a criminal, to protect him from a civilized society is a matter of justice, but not a foreign diplomat...
According to information from the convicts, at the same time, O.F. Savuran, in secret from the administration of the colony, communicates with prisoners via mobile means of communication, seeking to destabilize the situation in the institutions of the correctional system of Mordovia. Of course, all this! employees of the colony successfully suppressed.
The Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Republic of Mordovia knows how to properly organize work with convicts of various faiths, employees protect the religious rights of prisoners and do everything necessary to ensure that peaceful neighborly interfaith relations are maintained in places of detention. The decision to appoint a worthy Muslim as the imam of the reconstructed mosque in IK-7 should also contribute to their preservation in the future. Imams like Huseyin Ozdogan harm believers and society. Therefore, they are forbidden to be on duty in a mosque or in front of people. This is prohibited by both religion and social values. For the "propagator of wickedness" has no right to be an imam!
