This is good news but I fear an open air festival type venue will be problematic just like fairs have become.

Depends on what the show is I think. I doubt we will be seeing any MC Crackhead type shows but who knows. I doubt the Brandon people want that type of atmosphere. The real problem is the heat and humidity.

Hopefully they have some common sense about scheduling events. Don't schedule shows for late June and July. Don't schedule shows at 2pm. Other than those date/times it should be ok. Fill the calendar during late Aug-Nov and Mar-May.

I don't think Brandon will be able to find enough Christian bands to fill any sort of calendar. I think it'll be about 10% as good as what they are thinking it will be. Sure it'll look nice but don't expect all kinds of cool big shows every weekend.

They never claimed to have that. Take it easy grumpy. Anything that adds to quality of life is good.

It won't add to any quality of life. It's just something else to sit unused 99% of the time. I just know how the City of Brandon's leaders are. They are not going to let anyone come in and play if they don't fit their "mold"
