me and my wife are looking for a rental house. we saw a area we like in wolf creek off beach blvd east... its the town house very nice ... but hows the area crime traffic HOA people and anything eles just like this area near wolf creek we like hodges kernan blvd east... let us know thanks

Not familiar with wolf creek, but the general area you describe is very low crime

That's a good area. There is a lot in the way of shopping and restaurants very near by.

I agree with what others have posted. I've not been inside the community, but I've always admired the way Wolf Creek's entrance looks - very nice.

The only "negative" - and I honestly don't consider it a negative at all really - is that there are no traffic lights on Beach Blvd at Wolf Creek. Coming out of WC to head to the beach, no problem. But to go west on Beach you'd have to cross over the east-bound traffic into the median to go west towards 9A. However, with WC's close proximity to everything, and the fact that traffic isn't a snarl all day long, I don't see that as an issue.

I sold a TH in Wolf Creek about 2 yrs ago. Of the many times I went to the property to check on it and show it, I never had much of a wait getting in and out of the neighborhood. It always seemed very quiet in there, too.
