Hello all, me and my wife and are new daughter are planning to move from Mcallen, Tx to St. Augustine. I'm a native floridian from panama city so I really like the look and feel of augustine and of course the beaches. So far i've been doing research on my own about areas of augustine but I was hoping that a few of you could recommend a good, honest, trustworthy realtor that I can rely on to help us out with a house. I've been emailing Greg Crum www.staugustinerealestatepro.com and he has been a great help but I want to make sure I get a reputable, knowledgeable realtor that I can trust as this will be me and my families first house. So if any of you have had incredible business with someone inparticular please let me know and i'll look them up cheers

I am sure there are several Realtors that meet your criteria. But there is one in Particular that posts regularly in this forum, and that is Peter The Brit. He has given much sound advice to people in here with questions concerning St Augustine and St Johns County in general. If I were looking to purchase down there I wouldn't hesitate to use his advice and knowledge of that area. Hope you find this helpful in some way.

Greg Crum is a very good, honest, trustworthy realtor. Since you have started with him and he has been helpful, I don't think it would be very fair to pump him for information then use another realtor to carry through. Peter the Brit appears to be very knowledgeable and does post here often.
