I have to get my place pressure washed and have used the same company for three years in a row. The same guy does it and does a good job, but he is expensive.

Does anyone have a company that they are happy with? I have a two-story or I would do it myself.

Also need a chimney sweep.

Yes, that is less. And my place is only 1600 sf- since a townhouse, only three outter sides.

seems like you have pressure washing covered. So, on to chimney sweeps. I've used Fridell before - he was a firefighter, and I thought he did a great job. However, he may not be doing cleaning any more. If not, you might try Ash Away, I've had good luck with him as well.
