I worked there pet sitting before the name change and the website looks like they may have renovated. But it was fine even before
It's quiet, I never experienced any incidents. IMO it's the best location you could want. The units I know about could be considered "small-ish". Like, you could probably not fit a full dining room set in the combo LR/DR

The garage parking is good...you only have to walk a few feet to your unit's door, as opposed to the high rises where it's a trek to get from your car to your unit! They don't take dogs which is actually a plus in terms of not being annoyed.

Pretty good apartments (not "luxury" as they promote, but better than average) in a perfect location (walk to nice parks, grocery, cafes, entertainment, bars, gym, river, hospital, etc).

A friend of mine just moved out of there. He liked it, but decided he could pay a mortgage for as much he was paying for rent.
