Smile Moving next year to Jax

Hi nice people out there!
I am a senior citizen living currently in Durham, NC. I am planning to move to Jax next year, I live in a home for seniors, very economic and I wonder whether any kind soul could give me some info about senior homes: price, requirements, best locations, etc. I will apreciate it very much. I am a very active guy, attending college right now, going for a diploma as Dental Technitian. I love the sea, that's the main reason to move to Jax. How's the public transportation? Here in Durham, we seniors ride for free everywhere in town. I am looking forward to meet you all in Jax. Cordially, Luis Rafael.
