I've heard there is frequent flooding downtown, but what about the areas outside of the city proper? Thanks!

there aren't really street flooding issues but low laying yards flood outside of downtown. King st. is really bad.

I have lived here 51 yrs my family is the history of this town. the flood downtown is from the sea wall normally due to storms. The town it self has some low lieing areas but for the most drainage is typical such as ditches that drain areas.
