I've said it before and I'll say it again, you have to be extremely cautious these days who you buy a home from. Appearances are misleading.

Anyone interested in buying or building a new home in Jacksonville or the surrounding areas....please ask me before selecting a builder. I work for most, not all, and in many cases I can give you guidance on whom to trust and whom not to.
Some market themselves as "Luxury" builders, yet use the absolute cheapest subcontractors and materials, and actually builder a lower quality house than an entry level homebuilder like KB Homes.
Buyer beware...especially in this market!

Why are all of these "national" builders going under? I would think they would be more secure financially. Well, at least maybe we are weeding out the crappy builders.
