I'm not sure if it's the same in other counties, but in St. Johns County you can request mosquito control to come out to your neighborhood and spray.

I cant stand pesky skeeters. One good thing is that our house isn't on one of the ponds in the neighborhood, which is definite skeeter breeder territory.

A couple of ways to defend yourself against this rapacious enemy ...

Apply fabric softener to your arms and other exposed areas. You can buy the sheets at any supermarket.

Spray around your home with Listerine. Mosquitoes hate the smell of Listerine. Who wouldn't?
