Thanks in advance....I would appreciate any info on Harbor Island in Marsh landing/PVB (intercoastal and dock)
and Tiffany by the Sea in Atlantic Beach.(oceanfront)
We are looking at houses in both areas...wondering which has potential for holding/increasing value over the next 10 yrs.
Harbor Island seems to have quite a few homes for sale. Is marsh living harder for folks with allergies

Generally speaking, PVB is a more upscale community than Atlantic Beach and the community as a whole will experience more growth and better appreciation.

That being said, Oceanfront is going to beat out River/Marsh front almost every time.

Default Thanks

Appreciate your point of view.

We have found a beautiful oceanfront in Atl Beach, but H likes a mega house on the intercoastal/canals with water on three sides. I have concerns about possible additional mold problems and breathing problems in the marsh/river. We are from out of town so don't know what everyday exposure would be like. The ocean front has some mold issues too. I'm sure it's a fact of life near the water. However, i don't wan't to buy a sick house.
Again... any comments appreciated.
