Rate the hamburgers you've tried on a 0-10 scale, with 5 being average, 0 the worst you can imagine, and 10 the best you can imagine. I've tried to provide a reasonable list of nominees, below, but I'm sure you'll have others to add.

Cruisers Grill
Five Guys
Times Grill
Wendy's
Krystal
Sonic
Whataburger

Just copy the list and put a number after those you've tried.

(there are also threads to rate the pizza and hot dogs)

If Five Guys is top of the line in JAX, I'm going to be hurting. Surely a mom and pop that does burgers right somewhere.

It's not, from what I've read, but I haven't tried the place with the best reputation yet. It's our job to find the best, and I'm sure we will.

I'm surprised there's no Red Robin's in JAX. Great burgers though a bit expensive.

Hey all
I am a pretty "selective eater" (read picky lol) so many places we go I end up getting a burger
and to add to the "excitement" I eat them plain, cheese and bacon is all you will find on my burger.
That said any burger I eat has to be able to stand on its own without any help from ketchup, mayo seasonings etc

Here are the places I like

Steak n shake !!
Times Grill - yes they will make it without the Cajun seasoning
Now I was really really surprised at the next one

Copelands !!
A group of folks my husband works with planned a dinner get together there
I was in a "great what am I going to eat here" panic
When I saw they have burgers and then calling to make sure that they were "spice free" I said ok we can go
This was probably one of the best burgers I have ever had, juicy flavorful, cooked perfectly
The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the fact that it was on a croissant now I love croissants but with a burger it gets a little messy

So thats my 2 cents

I'm surprised no one mentioned Ted's Grill. They have so many kinds of burgers. I'm not a burger fan but if I'm in the mood for one (rarely) I always go there. The carmelized onions with melted Monterey Jack cheese, and mushrooms on a burger was pretty good! mmm..
