If you go to chicago's pizza you need to get the "pan" pizza. We normally get it with sausage. They call it pan but it is a deep dish pizza. It has lots and lots of cheese with the pizza sauce on top. We just went there tonight for dinner. They have pretty good prices too. We got a small and large deep dish, also 10 wings and chips with dip and only spent $62 that includes tip.

I must say that I'm enjoying these "rate" posts. Writing them all down for when we get there!

I've tried them all.... Mellow Mushroom is good....but none of them come close to Cabo's Island Pizza on 3rd Street in Jax Beach. Definitely the best in JAX...and some of the best I have had anywhere. Crust and sauce are killer. Everyone who has been agrees.

Thanks for the comments PVB. Could you add your opinions to our ratings?

Just copy the list and put a number after those you've tried.

Is it just me or does Bucci's seem quite expensive? Maybe I'm just a cheapskate.

Renna's is the bomb, and the only pizza worth eating.

Ok, I haven't tried Picasso's.

Abe's - 5
Al's
Brucci's
Chicago Pizza and Sports Grille
The Loop
Mellow Mushroom
Moon River
Picasso's - 6.5
Pizza Palace
Renna's
Tommy's
Venice Pizza

Abe's was nice, but it doesn't strike me as much above or below average.

Picasso's is heads and shoulders above the rest .

I don't venture into Mandarin for too many things, but Picasso's is one !
