Yes. That is the "Discount" from the $499 retail. Now I checked with Home Team $85/quarter, Terminex $100 then 84/quarter, and some other co. for similar price. Then, there's B and B with the Bug barrier system which I have but for $520??? Then there's Middleton, which should be renamed "Up-Ton" at $499.

All I get are spiders and earwigs. That is occassional, not an infestation at that!

Thanks for bringing me back to earth. I always think, you get what you pay for and I tend to buy high for things. It's nice to see people looking out for you....

Those are some HIGH prices my friends.....In Ocala we do clean outs for 110$ qtly is 51 so the first year is 263$..... Try some small to mid range companies......There are a ton of 'good' pest guys and gals out there who do great work... you can go to floridatermitehelp.org (I'm guessing thats right) it's the state agriculture site....click on licensed companies & find the compamnies with just a handful of employees or maybe just a 'mom & pop' co.....if they are listed they have to be insured etc.....if you're just looking at pest control then you have little to lose.....termite is another ordeal----you'll want someone with a "repair" guarantee in writing which may be the big boys who you've mentioned.......my little company serves over 1000 customers & I have 25 years in the biz......I don't have 100's of trucks but I'll match my service guys with anyones....

for self help I'm doing a little site Welcome My next artcle (when I get the time) oddly enough was gonna be how to choose a pest company.
