Not necessarily, it does depend on the question. You should always take customers' feelings into account - they are usually the most important thing. Co-workers... they usually don't get great treatment on these tests because employers always assume they are stealing or being subversive in some way. And in these cases, of course you would not want to associate with them, feel badly for their situation, take suggestions from them when you could ask a boss, etc.
