This is for a professional position, but not in management. I like the suit and can re-use it for other purposes. I already have a job, but I'm interviewing for a new one that will be a slight upgrade. Most of my other suits are more traditional and quite frankly bore me.

Of course. Don't show your cleavage though. Not even too much neck.

Women's pant suits are fine. I expect a suit pant to be creased. That picture shows uncreased pants.

No. Too tight and too suggestive. I would pass and move on to someone else dressed for business.

I'd agree that for most professions and most employers, that would be a good interview suit (though I second the caution about not showing too much chest/neck). I don't think I'd wear something like that to interview for an accounting job, though, and definitely not to interview at some of the extremely conservative firms where I've worked in the past.

From a male's perspective, that particular woman in the photo may actually be successful in their interview if the interviewer is a man.

Otherwise, there's too much cleavage being shown. I'm also not a fan of the hair (they could have done something better with it, too wild and frizzy).

Stick with the traditional suits. You have nothing to lose, and it's better to be safe than sorry.

The suit itself is fine, however it is cut too tight (I imagine it was tailored for the model).

It depends on the fit and your body type. If you're too curvy, it will be too sexy.
