Is it a bad idea to post your resume on job sites while you are employed. I am looking for another job but is it a bad idea to publicly post your resume. Could that get you fired?

It is not a bad idea at all. I was doing the same. You can post your resume on job sites
Companies do not terminate people over this, unless the Company you are working on right now has special policies, lol.

Should be feature to hide your name but nothing wrong with posting publicly.

If you are not looking for ways to better yourself and get ahead, I'd say that's a fault.
