Hi all!

I was applying for an entry level position at a very big and highly on demand company. I had two rounds of interview. Two weeks after my second interview I was told that I am no longer being considered. An hour after I replied their rejection e-mail, the company called me and apologised for rejecting me and told me that they are considering me again. They also said that I would have a third interview with the director as soon as they found the time. It's been three weeks already, and I sent two follow up emails with no response.

I have another job offer. Should I send another email telling them about the other offer and ask them again about the third interview?

FYI I am applying to other companies. It's just that I really want this one so much and I don't really know what to do.

I appreciate your responses, guys!! Thanks!

I would just accept the other job. If you're extended an offer at the one you want to work at, you can always accept it and resign.

Let's see, they send you a rejection email and than take it back. Than they tell you have to meet with the director, and that doesn't seem to be happening. In addition no one can give the basic courtesy of a response.

Sounds like a great company.

If this is how they treat you during the interview process, why would you want to work there?

You have a solid job offer, take it.
