I have another job offer. Should I send another email telling them about the other offer and ask them again about the third interview?
FYI I am applying to other companies. It's just that I really want this one so much and I don't really know what to do.
I appreciate your responses, guys!! Thanks!

Let's see, they send you a rejection email and than take it back. Than they tell you have to meet with the director, and that doesn't seem to be happening. In addition no one can give the basic courtesy of a response.
Sounds like a great company.
If this is how they treat you during the interview process, why would you want to work there?
You have a solid job offer, take it.
