I have applied to a hefty amount of jobs within the last four months. Resulting from 20 call backs, 10 interviews, and only one job offer for the moment. However, a lot of my applications, I think close to 50 were at one organization. The issue is the organization is a huge hospital network that owns half of the facilities in the state. I have not heard any response of not getting the job or call backs for interviews. Wondering if it is the multiple applications sent out through the organization to different positions.

Wonder what your feedback is on this? Pros or Cons?

Thanks

If your background matches they will call, doesn't matter if you applied to 100,000 jobs.

My guess would be that you are not getting call backs because

1. You may appear to be just randomly applying to any job and not focused on one particular area

2. The job postings were not real to begin with which is common for most websites
