Currently employed by company C.

I have a job offer on the table (company A) and a phone interview tomorrow (company B). The job offer with company A is what I had hoped for - salary, great location, smaller company. The phone interview with company B is a larger firm with name recognition.

The catch, company A expressed they would like to know ASAP if I am accepting the position, as it is approaching peak season next week for work volume. I asked for a higher salary and relocation assistance and received both requests.

What order do I handle this? I really want to just sign the offer letter, but I feel like I should still give Company B a look since it originally was my first choice. Company A just came out of no where and impressed me during my interview and visit.

Any advice is much appreciated with regards to the order I should handle this situation. Gut says sign the letter, but you know how these situations can "feel"..

Go with your gut and accept the good offer. The process with Company B could take weeks or even months to play out. You could still do the phone interview, but if Company A is offering everything you want, why hesitate?

You're jumping to conclusions about B and risking the sure thing with A.
Accept the offer from A. That shouldn't preclude you from talking to B.

The process. I was trying to work at position B for weeks now. I guess I'm just holding onto sentiment, lol.

Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it.

hmm.. things always seem to work out this way. i think you should def take the offer but see what happens w/ the phone interview. same thing is happening to me right now! i have an offer in hand for job A, had a first interview for job B and waiting to hear back about whether i made it or not to the second interview. but i had to accept job A for now. what else can i do? but i'm still waiting to hear.
