Honestly, it's not a great sign.

As others mentioned, most places aren't going to only have a 15 minute interview if they're actually interested in a candidate.

But another possibility is that the company is a sketchy slave-labor type place that's pretty much willing to hire anyone who shows up, with the interview being just a show to look 'professional'. If this is the case, then as long as you didn't do something like unzip your pants and take a crap right on the carpet, you'll get a call back within a day.

But you don't want to work at a place like that.

So whichever the case, I'd suggest to keep on applying to other things.

I had a 10-15 minute interview once and a job offer right after. The guy really didn't feel like interviewing anyway and was tired of interviewing.

I don't know. 15 minutes is barely enough time to do formal introductions, break the ice, fill out a quick application, and in this case leave. OP, let us know what happens please.

Many years ago, I was working as an accounting supervisor and interviewed someone. His resume was spot-on, and I could tell within a few minutes I wanted to hire him. His interview lasted maybe 15-20 minutes - I had all the info I needed and had a busy schedule that day.

The candidate happened to be Black and I am white. There was a Black guy who sat outside my office and commented, sure, rule out the Black guy after 15 minutes! We hired him and he was one of my best employees ever :-)
