looking for rental home covington area, resources?
Hi! My fiance and I are moving to the Covington area in May and I'm trying to find more online resources for home rentals. Craigslist has some, but we want to stay under $800 per month and do not want an apt or multi family if possible. We're expecting our first baby in October and prefer our own place.
It doesn't have to be Covington, we wanted to be centrally located so we can accept jobs in Cincy or Lexington or anywhere in between.
I found a rental site with homes offered by management companies, but all are over our price range. Any suggestions? He said it is a town where you drive around and look for the 'for rent' signs as many do not advertise, and if that is the case, I'll just have to wait. But I prefer to find something we can just move into. Also, he is a finish carpenter and will be looking for work, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
