I'm lookin for an area that has a good school system for my kids and good job opportunities and low crime rate. Any suggestions?

Isn't that what most people are looking for? It probably would be helpful if you would be more precise and less general, such as giving some parameters.

Your other post said you were thinking of moving to Nashville in August. The cost of living in Knoxville might be a little lower than Nashville, but it's probably pretty close.
Hopefully you are not planning on moving anywhere without jobs, or a pretty good size nest egg.
While Knoxville might be doing a little better than other parts of the country as far as unemployment goes, good jobs are still hard to find, and there is a lot of competition for them.
Knoxville's schools are pretty good for the most part, some are better than others. Crime in Knoxville is probably average for a city this size. Some parts of Knoxville have higher crime rates than other parts, just like pretty much every other city in the country. Almost all towns have an area where it is not so safe.

Mayberry had good schools and low crime, and I don't think many people were out of work. The bad part is...it was TV, and not the real world.
