I'm Relocating to Knoxville for a new job and need to update my wardrobe. Are there any upscale men's clothing stores in the area that carry business appropriate apparel for men in their 30s? Specifically, I'm looking for a store(s) that carries a good selection of high-quality shoes, dress shirts, and slacks for professionals who work in an office setting but do not wear ties or sport coats.

I second Brooks Brothers at West Town. I would also recommend Dillards at West Town; Jos.ABanks at the Shops at Western Plaza; MS McClellan in Melrose Place & JP Coffin at Franklin Square. All places carry fine men's wear. Good luck!

Look in the online Yellow Pages to find out what stores are in Knoxville.

Men's Wearhouse is pretty nice and has helpful staff. I have a suit from there and rented a tux once.
