Any recommendations for homeowner's insurance for a condo? I recently signed on a relatively inexpensive condo in the Bearden area (around $70k), and I'm looking to get cheap, but decent homeowner's insurance on the condo --- just the inside, not the outside, 'cause the outside is covered by the HOA fees. [I think I'm required to get my own separate homeowner's insurance on the inside just to qualify for the mortgage.] Anyone have any recommendations? You can answer here or DM me. Thanks!

Thanks for the advice on this [and also to knoxgarden who DM'ed me on this subject].

I've actually found two other websites that have been helpful for me -- and I thought I'd pass them along to our city-data/knoxville community. These sites do a comparison of some of the major homeowner's insurance companies and rate overall customer satisfaction. Maybe this will be helpful to some people. I know these references were invaluable to me.

We have State Farm, too. Whatever company you decide on, you'll get beter rates if you have your other insurances with the same company.
