I toured the LVAC on Rainbow between Lake Mead and Vegas Dr. That place is INCREDIBLE. I was amazed at how HUGE it was, and how crowded it was too. Damn people here really are fitness conscious huh?
I was so impressed that the manager himself gave me a personal tour of the club as well, talk about customer service
And at $22 a month, the membership is affordable too
And what a small world we live in, the manager was from Orlando too
So yeah even though the contract is 26 months, something Im not thrilled about, I am going to join the LVAC and bulk up
all part of my master plan for self improvement

I would not do it as I learned the hard way. Studies show that most people drop out within the first 3 months and are stuck with the contract. I did check, and the 24 hour fitness does NOT require a contract, although they are more expensive. They are also right by your house. Check them out.

I know if I was 35 years younger and unattached...some of those young beefed up studley guys in there

I worked there for 2.5 hours today, not alltogether. LVD was with me the first hour
I went back later and worked out some more, man time FLEW in there

Im sore but Im not hurting as bad as you. I dont plan on doing any bench pressing today, but I will lift some dumb bells and do something to work on my abs, Im gonna take Saturday and Sunday off and then start going three days a week like I told you
