That location must be jinxed. They should tear down the building and start over.

It's still in Spring Valley boundary, 89117 Zip Code and not really Summerlin location but either way it is near my place. I never cared for the other two locations.

I've never heard anyone (Except on here) refer to Peccole Ranch/The lakes area etc.. as Spring Valley. If Anything people say Summerlin which it isnt.

What is it lately with people using Summerland? ha.

Firefly is one of the best restaurants in the city and has, IMO, the best tapas and Sangria I've come across this side of Madrid. The original is located on Paradise Rd; a second location opened earlier this year in the Plaza, and now the newest one on West Sahara.

The official corner of the Spring Valley planning area is Sahara and Durango. The border than runs south to Desert Inn and west to Hualapai. The Lakes and Pecole Ranch is excluded.

Don't think I ever realized all that was Spring Valley.

Thanks, I'll try that. What is the proper ordering etiquette at a Tapas Grill? Do you order one plate or several? Do you slap your partner's hands away from your dish(es) and tell them to order their own? Or do you eat family style, and share several dishes?

Hahaha you place your order and the server will bring it as soon as the cook is done preparing it, as far as Tapas menu is concerned. Sharing is nice but if you're dining alone then you can have it all for yourself. I love the Veggie Empanada.

It's like having a meal made up of several appetizers. You order several at a time and usually share them among your tablemates. You also continue to order throughout your meal until you're satiated (either on the food or the sangria).

There are many, many selections from which to choose, but whatever you do, make sure that you get at least one order of the bacon-wrapped stuffed dates.

Believe me, you'll thank me profusely for this recommendation.
