Nah Freus is a home brand. Virtually all heavy commercial units use water cooling. They simply clean up the water before they use it.

I don't personally have one in my home, but my friend has 2 or 3 units in her home and they break down each and every summer. She said her home warranty won't even cover them so the expense is on her and her husband every summer. They went so far as to buy a giant room a/c on casters so they can be cool during the times it goes down. And this is in a 5,000 sq. ft custom home in Henderson, built in 2004.

Folks! you can buy brand new split ac systems now for just over $1k. They include the indoor coil, outdoor coil, and air handler. Central Air Conditioning
Much more economical than water sourced ac systems.
