My son is getting relocated to North Las Vegas. His family is considering renting/buying along zip code 89081. Just checking to see if this is a good
area to raise a family with small and teenage kids. Thank you.

i have a rental property there... never had an issue.. the closer you are to Centennial the better... how soon is he coming... actually the area near centennial has built up very well.. lots of shopping...

Thats a mostly newer area as well. I used to live not too far from there and I liked what I saw whenever I passed by near there. It certainly beats the area Im in now by Desert Inn and Maryland Parkway

That are is safe, your son and his family will be fine. Just remember though crime can happen anywhere at any time.

Im closing on a house in this zip code this week. After doing months of research and visiting friends in this area........VERY SAFE!!!
