I have tried contacting HOA and clark county code enforcement, and nothing seems to be getting done. My neighbor now has 4 comercial sized used air conditioning units in his front yard and also on a regular basis puts used water heaters on the curb for someone to pick up. I have the business lisence number because it's posted on the side of his van that is in front of his house. Is there anything else I can do? I'm thinking there is some type of business enforcement or something.

Any help is appreciated, Thank You.

Call business licensing in your township. Each township in Clark Co. has it's own business licensing entity; Clark Co., City of LV, City of NLV, Henderson etc.

People have to make a living in these hard times, how about live and let live.

I suggest asking him to try and hide it first since it's an eyesore... at least a note before you proceed in killing his income.

no offense, if it was me that was running the business, illegal or not, in these hard times... if i found out that you were the one that complained.. i would make your life miserable...if you had a weed, i would call.. if you made a sound, i would call, barking dog, i would call....

in other words.. i would leave this alone

Find out what he does and undercut all his bids, perform better quality work and offer a better guarantee. Take all of his business away until he loses everything and ends up in the shelter. Put the free market to use!! (forgetting about the socialistic nature of shelters and welfare)

Seriously though, go knock and his door and talk to him about your concerns. Depending on how that goes would decide what step two I would take (if any). Stabbing neighbors in the dark and in the back with HOA complaints and code violations seems too passive aggressive and far from neighborly.

A bottle of Gin, Oscar Goodman and a knife is all you need to solve this problem.

Ya no kidding. Or worse. I remember hearing clark country was in the top 10 most stressed out counties in the country. No need to push people's buttons when they might just snap and take you down with them. Aside from that, it's just the generally nice, neighborly thing to do to talk to them first. Does anyone know how to exist peacefully without an HOA here?
