Hi everyone,
You may already be aware that there is a large pig & cattle farm located at Ann Rd and 5th.
Does the homes near that area sometimes experience the smell from the animal yard areas and depending on the wind direction?

When my wife was in Real Estate, she was REQUIRED to have all buyers sign a DISCLAIMER stating that they were aware the there was gambling in Las Vegas.....more Kalifornicators tryn to make us into a nanny state.

I know vegas is for casinos & gambling, but in chicago area there already have casinos & gambling and even starts to build one inside city as well.
Chicago's summer is nice but in the winter it could get to 17-20 below zero.
So any thing is trade-off in the real world for real life.
